Returns & Refunds Policy

Introduction

At PartsCorp, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning products and obtaining refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from PartsCorp within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included
  • You have the original proof of purchase

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or industry regulations, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items with broken seals or that have been used
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@partscorp.co.za or call +27 012 012 6043 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original components
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will arrange for collection and replacement at our expense
  • Refunds for faulty items will include the original shipping cost

Shipping Information

Standard shipping costs a flat fee of R250 throughout South Africa.

Orders will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of shipment.

For remote areas, delivery may take 1-2 additional business days.

Warranty Information

All PartsCorp products come with a standard 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with South African consumer protection laws. Some products may have extended warranty periods as specified in their product descriptions.
